Southbend PCE22B/TI-V Description
The Southbend PCE22B/TI-V full size convection oven is a double-deck stainless steel unit that measures 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 64 inches high. Its stainless steel construction is durable for consistent, long-term use. It comes with two independent doors with windows for user visibility and monitoring during baking, and each set of doors has a stay-cool heavy-duty door handles for user safety and comfort.
The Southbend PCE22B/TI-V full size convection oven’s interiors measure 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. Both interiors have a porcelain enamel finish with coved corners that are easy to clean. The convection oven comes with five plated oven racks with 11-position rack guides per deck. The racks can be adjusted as needed to accommodate various sized food pans. The temperature of the ovens can be controlled using touchscreen panels.
