Southbend PCE22B/TI Description
The Southbend PCE22B/TI full size convection oven is a double-deck unit made to keep up with high customer demands in bakeries and restaurants. Each oven is equipped with a touchscreen panel that enables user control of temperature and time. Both ovens have an interior measuring 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. They each come with a porcelain interior with coved corners that are easy to clean and five plated, rearrangeable oven racks.
The Southbend PCE22B/TI full-size convection oven measures 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 64 inches high. Its stainless steel construction is durable and designed to resist rust and corrosion for long-term use in a busy commercial kitchen. Both convection ovens have a set of independent doors with a heavy-duty stay-cool handle, which facilitates user comfort and safety.
