Southbend PCE22B/TI Description
This stainless steel Southbend PCE22B/TI full-size convection oven resists corrosion and rust for a durable, long-lasting service life. The full double-deck design measures 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 64 inches high, while its two separate convection ovens are equipped with two-speed fans and a forced cool-down mode for user convenience. Each oven has individual controls with a touch screen panel for setting time and desired temperature.
The Southbend PCE22B/TI full size convection oven’s two interiors measure 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. Both interiors are enameled porcelain, which is an easy-to-clean material that also retains heat effectively. The interior’s coved corners are designed to prevent the collection food debris, easing the cleaning process. Each oven comes with five plated oven racks, which users can rearrange on the eleven rack guides to accommodate different size pans.
