Southbend PCE22B/TD-V Description
The Southbend PCE22B/TD-V full-size convection oven’s top, sides, front, and rear jacket are made of durable stainless steel for resistance to rust and corrosion. This unit has a double-deck design made to keep up with high demand in bakeries and commercial kitchens, and each oven chamber measures 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. For setting time and temperature, each oven has a touchscreen control panel.
The Southbend PCE22B/TD-V full-size convection oven’s two interiors are equipped with coved corners for easy cleaning and adjustable oven racks to accommodate different pan sizes. Both interiors are lined with enameled porcelain, which retains heat well and simplifies cleaning. The interiors are accessible via dependent doors, which enable one-handed opening. The convection oven can reach and hold temperatures ranging from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and the full unit measures 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 64 inches high.
