Southbend PCE22B/TD Description
This Southbend PCE22B/TD full-size convection oven is a double-deck unit designed with a bakery depth to keep up with high consumer demand. The full double oven is 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 64 inches high. It includes a separate touchscreen control panel for each oven that enables temperature setting between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
Each interior in the Southbend PCE22B/TD full size convection oven is 29 inches wide, 29 inches deep, and 20 inches high, featuring a porcelain construction that aids in heat retention. Each oven has five plated oven racks that can be adjusted as needed on the 11-position rack guides. The dependent doors can be opened with the heavy duty stay-cool handle for one-handed opening and closing.
