Southbend PCE22B/SD-V Description
This Southbend PCE22B/SD-V ventless bakery-depth double full-size oven has an interior size of 29 inches wide by 20 inches high. It’s finished in porcelain enamel—a heat-retentive, insulative material. The stainless steel exterior is dent and break resistant and durable. The coved corners provide a simple-to-clean space that prevents debris and bacteria from becoming trapped in hard-to-reach corners. The unit stays lit with a high-temperature LED lighting system. It holds five plated shelves and 11-position rack guides with 15/8-inch spacing between them per deck.
The control panel of the Southbend PCE22B/SD-V bakery-depth full-size oven is operated with a side-mounted control system. This system is operable between 140 and 500 degrees, which is useful for pastries or meat. The mechanical timer can reach 60 minutes. The panel extends out 17 inches with its patented pull-in, pull-out system for simple maintenance or service as needed.
