Southbend PCE22B/SD Description
This Southbend PCE22B/SD Platinum bakery-depth full-size oven’s 29-inch-wide interior holds five racks that can be adjustable on 11-position rack guides. Its double-deck design consists of two cavities with a porcelain enamel finish that aids in heat retention. The exterior front, top, sides, and rear jacket are made of stainless steel for durability, while the 6-inch stainless steel legs keep this unit upright and stable.
The side of this Southbend PCE22B/SD bakery-depth oven has a side-mounted control panel. Its standard, solid state controls provide the following: temperature adjustment, time adjustment, and altering fan modes. The temperature is alterable from 140 to 500 degrees, and the mechanical timer reaches 60 minutes. For simple maintenance when needed, the control panel slides out 17 inches.
