Southbend PCE15S/TI-V Description
The Southbend PCE15S/TI-V Platinum double convection oven can be set between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit—with a holding temperature of 140 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit—and uses two-speed fans and heating elements to circulate hot air throughout the two decks. The touchscreen controls that operate this unit enable recipe programming and timer settings. The independent windowed doors are designed to stay cool to the touch for user safety. The windows and internal lighting offer visibility of the interior.
The stainless steel exterior of the Southbend PCE15S/TI-V convection oven withstands extensive use in fast-paced kitchens. Each cabinet is lined with a porcelain enamel finish for simple cleaning and heat retention. The interior measures 29 inches wide by 211/2 inches deep by 20 inches high and holds five full-size wire racks. This unit is designed for ventless operation, providing users the freedom to install it without a hood.
