Southbend PCE15S/TI-V Description
Designed to hold full-sized pans, the Southbend PCE15S/TI-V Platinum double convection oven includes five wire racks per deck and can be adjusted in 11 positions. This unit’s exterior stainless steel construction is durable and corrosion resistant. Made of enameled porcelain, the interior prevents food from sticking and is simple to clean. Each independent door has high-efficiency glass windows to provide a clear view inside. Overall, the unit measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep and 64 inches high.
The Southbend PCE15S/TI-V convection oven uses two-speed motorized fans and heating elements to evenly distribute heat throughout the two compartments, speeding up cooking and producing consistent results. A side-mounted control panel lets operators choose between using the manual, recipe, or rack modes. This unit can be set between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and has a 140 to 200 degree Fahrenheit holding thermostat.
