Southbend PCE15S/TI Description
The Southbend PCE15S/TI Platinum double full-sized convection oven has independent doors with low-emission glass windows to view food without opening the doors, reducing heat loss and conserving energy. Both decks include recessed lamps to make it easier to monitor the cooking process. Its exterior is constructed of durable stainless steel, and the interior is made of enameled porcelain to ease cleaning. With 11-position rack guides, each deck comes with five wire racks.
Featuring two-speed fans, efficient heating elements, and a temperature range of 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, the Southbend PCE15S/TI convection oven has three programmed cooking modes: manual, recipe, and rack. The temperature can be adjusted on the side-mounted touchscreen control panel. This unit’s digital display tracks conditions, slides out for easy access, and offers a holding temperature of 140 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
