Southbend PCE15S/TD Description
The Southbend PCE15S/TD full size convection oven’s top, sides, front, and rear jacket are constructed of stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion over time. The full unit measures 38 inches wide by 391/4 inches deep by 64 inches high. The electric unit can be set to temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Southbend PCE15S/TD full size convection oven has a double-deck design that enables multiple items to be baked at once in high-demand settings. The ovens’ interiors are porcelain with enamel finish and coved corners for heat retention and easy cleaning. Each deck comes with five plated oven racks that can be rearranged as needed, and this unit also features a two-speed fan and a forced cool down mode.
