Southbend PCE15S/TD Description
The Southbend PCE15S/TD full-size convection oven is a stainless steel unit designed for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. Its two ovens feature separate controls, and each has a porcelain interior with an enamel finished and coved corners to ease cleaning. Each oven also comes with five plated oven racks that can be rearranged on the 11-position rack guides as needed to accommodate various pan sizes.
The Southbend PCE15S/TD full-size convection oven measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 64 inches high. Each oven has two dependent doors with a single heavy-duty, stay-cool handle that enhance user safety and comfort. The doors are fitted with windows for visual monitoring during baking and recessed interior lights for additional visibility. The ovens can reach and maintain temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
