Southbend PCE15S/TD Description
The Southbend PCE15S/TD full size convection oven has a double-deck design for preparing multiple foods at once. The full unit measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 64 inches high and stands of four 6-inch legs. This unit's top, sides, front, and rear jacket are made of stainless steel for durability and rust and corrosion resistance.
The Southbend PCE15S/TD full-size convection oven’s two levels each have separate controls with touch pads and indicator lights for simple operation. The ovens have dependent doors with heavy-duty stay-cool handles, and each oven's interior measures 29 inches wide by 211/2 inches deep by 20 inches high. The unit comes with a total of 10 adjustable, plated wire oven racks.
