Southbend PCE15S/SI-V Description
The Southbend PCE15S/SI-V double-deck full-size convection oven is ventless and uses rear-mounted sheath-type heating elements. Its interior compartments measure 29 inches wide and feature 11-position rack guides and five plated racks. The double-stack design increases its production potential, and the cooking cavity is finished in porcelain enamel for effective insulation. The stainless steel exterior reduces corrosion and provides strength. Each compartment is fitted with metal doors with energy-efficient windows for insulation.
The standard controls of the Southbend PCE15S/SI-V full-size convection oven have an adjustable range between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while its timer can be set as long as 60 minutes to monitor cooking timespans accurately. Users can also adjust the mode and speed of the fan for effective operation. This control panel slides out at 17 inches for simple maintenance and service, and because this control panel is side mounted, it's placed away from the heating elements for safe use.
