Southbend PCE15S/SI Description
The Southbend PCE15S/SI double full-size convection oven features a side-mounted control system located away from the heating elements for safe use. Users can adjust temperature, cook time, fan modes, and fan speed, and the unit can be set between 140 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit for cooking everything from pastries to meats. The control panel’s pull-in, pull-out design is simple to service when needed.
The Southbend PCE15S/SI commercial convection oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 29 inches wide, and each chamber features an 11-position rack guide and five-plated oven racks. These guides have 15/8-inch spacing for flexible packing, and there are two heavy-duty doors with energy-saving glass panes that open 180 degrees for simple stocking. While the internal cavity is finished in porcelain enamel, the exterior features a stainless steel construction.
