Southbend PCE15B/SD Description
The Southbend PCE15B/SD Platinum convection oven is a dual unit ideal for busy locations. Both units feature a 29-inch bakery depth designed to accommodate various full-sized pans. Manual knobs and rockers switches operated the unit and manipulate the temperature and 60-minute timers. The oven can heat produce temperatures between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and it circulates hot air throughout the unit using the 2-speed motorized fan.
Designed for durability and longevity, the Southbend PCE15B/SD Platinum convection oven is built of stainless steel with a porcelain interior with an enameled finish. These materials provide the unit with durability and heat retention. Fitted to the front of the unit are the two dependent doors that open and close together to provide a secure seal. They can be opened with one hand for convenience. The unit sits on four 6-inch legs.
