Southbend PCE11S/TI-V Description
The Southbend PCE11S/TI-V Platinum single-deck convection oven features a ventless design that enables the unit to be placed around the kitchen or other work areas without the need for a hood. The exterior is made of stainless steel for longevity while the interior is constructed of porcelain with an enamel finish and coved corners. The interior has five wire shelves that can be adjusted among the 11 levels.
Digital touchscreen controls are located at the front-right of the Southbend PCE11S/TI-V ventless convection oven; these hold programmable settings and timers to streamline cooking and assist with monitoring. The two glass doors, combined with the two recessed interior lights, provide a clear view of food as it cooks. Temperatures within the unit can be adjusted from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
