Southbend PCE11S/TI Description
The Southbend PCE11S/TI Platinum convection oven features a durable stainless steel body designed for durability, while the interior is constructed of enameled porcelain that helps retain heat and is easy to clean. For stability, the unit sits on four triangular legs. The front of the unit is fitted with two glass doors that provide a view of the interior space, which has five adjustable wire racks lit with two recessed lights.
Touchscreen controls are mounted to the front-right of the Southbend PCE11S/TI single-deck convection oven. Here, staff can program various recipe types and set timers as required. The unit produces temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit; heat is circulated throughout the unit via the 2-speed motorized fan. For easy maintenance, the control panel slides out as needed.
