Southbend PCE11S/TI Description
The touchscreen controller of the Southbend PCE11S/TI Platinum convection oven can be programmed to hold various recipes, making the unit highly versatile. The interior measures 211/2 inches deep and can accommodate full-sized pans. The two independent doors provide access to either side of the cabinet while preventing excess heat loss. These doors are windowed to view the food placed among the five adjustable wire rack.
The exterior of the Southbend PCE11S/TI single-deck convection oven is constructed of stainless steel while the interior is made of enamel-coated porcelain with coved corners. These materials provide the unit with durability, heat retention, and enable easy cleaning. The unit is designed to produce heat from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, which is circulated throughout the unit via the 2-speed motorized fan.
