Southbend PCE11S/TI Description
The Southbend PCE11S/TI Platinum convection oven's interior is made of porcelain with an enamel finish and coved corners for ideal heat retention and ease of cleaning. It is fitted with five adjustable wire shelves lit with two interior lights. The two front doors act independently, providing access to either side of the oven without excess hot air loss. These doors are windowed to provide a clear view of the food cooking inside.
Operation of the Southbend PCE11S/TI single-deck convection oven is done through the touchscreen controller. Here operators can program various recipes and timers as required. The 2-speed motorized fan pumps hot air through the unit to heat from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The exterior of the unit is built of stainless steel for durability and longevity.
