Southbend PCE11S/TD-V Description
This Southbend PCE11S/TD-V full-size convection oven is part of the Platinum series and features a ventless electric design that eases installation in commercial kitchens. The single-deck oven comes with five plated oven racks that can be rearranged as needed on 11 rack guides to accommodate various pan sizes. The full oven measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 55 inches high.
The Southbend PCE11S/TD-V full-size convection oven is made of stainless steel, which provides durability and resistance to the corrosion and rust that come with frequent use. The porcelain oven interior has coved corners for easy cleaning and recessed interior lights that enhance visibility into the chamber. The two dependent doors have a single heavy-duty handle that's designed to stay cool through use for user safety, while the touchscreen pan enables efficient operation.
