Southbend PCE11S/TD Description
The Southbend PCE11S/TD full-size convection oven is a single-deck unit measuring 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 55 inches high. For durability in addition to rust and corrosion resistance, it’s constructed of stainless steel. It features a two-speed fan to evenly distribute heat within the chamber.
This Southbend PCE11S/TD full-size convection oven comes with five plated oven racks that can be rearranged as needed on the eleven rack guides. The oven’s interior is porcelain and features coved corners, which are easy to clean and prevent the buildup of food debris. The oven can reach and maintain temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and timers and the temperature can be controlled using the touchscreen panel.
