Southbend PCE11S/TD Description
The Southbend PCE11S/TD full-size convection oven is a stainless steel unit designed to bake bread and pastries in commercial kitchens. This oven’s top, sides, front, and rear jacket are made of durable stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion through frequent use. The full oven measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 55 inches high.
The Southbend PCE11S/TD full-size convection oven’s interior measures 29 inches wide by 211/2 inches deep by 20 inches high and is lined with porcelain, which can be easily cleaned after use. It comes with five plated oven racks that can be rearranged as needed. It’s touchscreen panel enables precise control over temperature and features a timer.
