Southbend PCE11S/SI-V Description
The Southbend PCE11S/SI-V single full-size convection oven has a ventless design that enables versatility in where it's installed in commercial kitchens. The oven can be used to bake bread and pastries in its 29-inch-wide by 211/2-inch-deep by 20-inch-high interior; the porcelain interior is easy to clean and features coved corners. The oven has a temperature range of 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be set using the touchscreen control pad.
The Southbend PCE11S/SI-V single full-size convection oven is equipped with a touchscreen-controlled timer. For production variety, it also has a rack mode that enables users to cook different racks at different temperatures. The two independent doors have a stay-cool, heavy-duty handle for user comfort and safety, and these doors have windows for visual monitoring during use.
