Southbend PCE11S/SI Description
The Southbend PCE11S/SI single full-size convection oven is part of the Platinum series and measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 55 inches high. The oven’s sides, front, top, and rear jacket are made of durable stainless steel. To raise the unit off the floor, the oven’s cabinet is supported by heavy-duty 26-inch triangular legs.
The Southbend PCE11S/SI single full-size convection oven has two independent doors with a single heavy-duty handle designed to stay cool for user safety and comfort during use. Both doors have windows for visual monitoring during baking. The porcelain interior has coved corners that make it easy to clean and maintain. It comes with five plated oven racks with 11-position rack guides, and the interior is illuminated with recessed lights.
