Southbend PCE11S/SD Description
This Southbend PCE11S/SD single full-size convection oven features 26-inch-tall legs, and the elevated design enables cleaning underneath. Its exterior is made of stainless steel at the top, bottom, sides, and rear jacket for a long product lifespan. The interior is finished in porcelain enamel for heat resistance, while the addition of coved corners prevent bacteria from becoming trapped. Its 38-inch-wide body fits five plated oven racks that are adjustable on the 11-position rack guides with 15/8-inch spacing.
This Southbend PCE11S/SD full-size oven is operable with the side-mounted control panel featuring solid state and initiate cook temperature control, cook timer, fan mode, and fan speed. This unit’s temperature range sits between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and a heat-on indicator light signals when the unit has reached its pre-set temperature. When maintenance or service is needed, this control panel slides out 17 inches for simple access.
