Southbend PCE11S/SD Description
This Southbend PCE11S/SD Platinum convection oven’s full size holds five racks and features 11-position rack guides spaced 15/8 inches apart to accommodate various products. The unit has a porcelain enamel interior that is heat resistant for heavy-duty use, while the coved design simplifies cleaning. The exterior is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance, durability, and a long product lifespan, and this unit saves energy with the assistance of two glass-dependent doors.
The Southbend PCE11S/SD full-size convection oven’s side-mounted control panel enables the unit to reach temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. There are two operable fan modes—cook and cool—and a 60-minute timer to assist with timekeeping. It slides out 17 inches for simple service and maintenance when needed.
