Southbend PCE11B/SI-V Description
The Southbend PCE11B/SI-V Platinum convection oven is a compact, single-deck unit measuring 38 inches wide by 45 inches deep by 55 inches high. To enhance durability, the sides, front, and top of the unit are constructed of stainless steel, while the interior is made of porcelain with an enamel finish for ideal heat retention and easy maintenance. The two doors open independently for access to either side of the cabinet without allowing excessive hot air loss.
Control of the Southbend PCE11B/SI-V single-deck convection oven's 60-minute timer and temperature settings are programmed with knob controls. The cabinet produces heat from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The switches activate the power supply, forced cool down mode, and interior lighting.
