Southbend PCE11B/SI-V Description
At the front of the Southbend PCE11B/SI-V Platinum convection oven are the intuitive thermostatic controls that enable access to the 60-minute timer and temperature settings. The unit can be set between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The two independent doors open individually for access to either side of the cabinet without excessive heat loss. Standing 55 inches tall, the oven sits on four triangular legs.
The Southbend PCE11B/SI-V single deck convection oven is made to accommodate specialty baked goods and meats because it's designed with a 29-inch bakery depth. Its full size is ideal for moderately busy locations, while the stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs are built for longevity. The interior is made of porcelain for heat retention and is finished with enamel. For simple, sanitary cleaning, it has coved corners.
