Southbend PCE11B/SI-V Description
The Southbend PCE11B/SI-V Platinum single-deck convection oven features two doors that open independently and are fitted with high-efficiency windows that provide an unhindered view of the contents throughout the cooking process. The oven's interior features a 29-inch bakery depth designed to hold full-sized pans—ideal for making specialty meats and baked goods that require dry cooking conditions. Additionally, the interior is made of enameled porcelain and is built with coved corners.
Operation of the Southbend PCE11B/SI-V convection oven is done through the manual controls, which consist of a knob for setting the 60-minute timer and a knob for adjusting heat production from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The switches manipulate the lighting, power, and force cool down modes. This unit is ventless, enabling it to be placed away from a hood to prevent overcrowding.
