Southbend PCE11B/SI Description
Featuring a bakery-depth, enameled porcelain interior, the Southbend PCE11B/SI Platinum convection oven is ideal for locations preparing specialty meats or baked goods. The large depth provides space for full-sized pans and is fitted with five wire racks that can be adjusted in 11 positions. The interior space is illuminated by two recessed lamps.
The Southbend PCE11B/SI single-deck convection oven is fitted with two independent doors designed to open individually to reduce hot-air loss. Additionally, they are fitted with high-efficiency glass to help with heat retention while also providing a view of the food cooking inside. The top, sides, and front of the unit are made of stainless steel, and operation of the unit is done through the thermostatic controls on the front right of the unit.
