Southbend PCE11B/SI Description
The Southbend PCE11B/SI Platinum convection oven is ideal for preparing specialty items because it's designed with a deep bakery depth capable of holding full-sized pans. Its compact design is ideal for locations with limited space, as the unit measures 38 inches wide by 45 inches deep by 55 inches high. Externally, the unit's sides, front, and top are made of stainless steel, while the interior is built of enameled porcelain for heat retention and ease of cleaning.
The front of the Southbend PCE11B/SI full-sized convection oven features two independent doors that provide access to either side of the unit without causing excessive heat loss. Operation of the unit is simple; the knobs adjust the timer and manipulate heat production, which can be set between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The switches control the interior light, power, and forced cooldown mode.
