Southbend PCE11B/SD Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE11B/SD single convection oven features a 29-inch bakery depth designed for preparing specialty baked goods. The interior is fitted with five plated oven racks that can be adjustable among the 11-position rack guide; this space is lit with recessed lamps. For durability, the exterior is built of stainless steel, while the interior is made of enameled porcelain for heat retention and simplified cleaning.
The Southbend PCE11B/SD full-size convection oven is controlled by the thermostatic control panel. Here, operators can manipulate the temperature from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit as well as utilize the 60-minute timer and forced cool down mode. The two front doors act dependently to provide a secure seal when closed and are windowed to enable operators to monitor cooking food.
