Southbend 4602DD Description


The Southbend 4602DD NG Ultimate series restaurant range has wavy grates positioned above its 10 cooktop burners. The cast bowl design of the grates is better for efficiency. Since the grates are wavy, it allows for full use of the range’s top by sliding pans easily on the grate instead of having to pick them up. The burners used are 27,000 BTU non-clogging. If you need to shut off the gas flow to the range, you can with the manual shut off that is on the front of the unit. If the pilot light goes out, the flow of gas is shut off with the flame failure safety device.

The two 45,000 BTU ovens are built with coved corners that improve airflow to reduce the occurrence of hot and cold spots so food is evenly cooked every time. Each ovens' interior is fully coated in porcelain enamel that makes cleaning simple and protects against corrosion. Thermostatic controls allow cooks to set each oven's temperature between 175 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Full-sized sheet pans fit both front-to-back and side-to-side in each oven. The Southbend 4602DD NG Ultimate series restaurant range is heated with natural gas.
