Southbend 4601DD-4TR Description

Southbend's 4601DD-4TR LP restaurant range is built to accommodate several methods of cooking. The 60-inch cooktop includes two burners that each generate 24,000 BTU of heat for pan frying, simmering, and sautéing. To the right of the burners is a 48-inch griddle with and extra-thick one-inch griddle plate designed to achieve an even temperature gradient across the surface of the griddle. Its thermostatic controls allow users to dial in the precise temperature they want, making the griddle easy to operate. Two standard ovens form the base of the equipment, which each accept full-size pans front-to-back and side-to-side.
