Southbend 4601DD-4TL Description
Providing flexibility for busy commercial kitchens, the Southbend 4601DD-4TL restaurant range has two open burners on the right and a 48-inch-wide griddle on the left. Thermostatically controlled, the griddle can be set by operators to a specific temperature. Measuring 1 inch thick, the griddle plate absorbs heat and retains it better than thinner plates, while also resisting warping as it repeatedly heats up and cools down. Raised sides around the plate reduce messes by containing splatter.
This Southbend 4601DD-4TL gas range has two standard ovens that operate between 175 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and because the oven interiors are porcelain enameled, they are slick to prevent food buildup. Each cavity has one rack that can be placed in two positions, and for convenience, sheet pans fit in the ovens front-to-back and side-to-side.
