The Southbend 4601DD-4TL LP is part of the Ultimate Restaurant range series and features two 24,000 BTU cast iron burners with cast iron grates, a 48-inch griddle, and a double standard oven base. Equipped for safety, the range includes a manual-gas shutoff valve on the front control panel that cuts off the supply of gas to the entire range, while a factory-installed gas pressure regulator helps maintain the correct gas pressure for safe, efficient operation. The 60-inch restaurant range includes easy-to-understand thermostatic controls for the griddle and oven.
