Southbend's 60-inch restaurant range is made for restaurant operators who need a powerful and versatile range where they can bake, grill, simmer, and sauté many of their most important dishes in one convenient location. This range features two 33,000 BTU burners and a 48-inch griddle on its worktop, which is located at a comfortable 37 inch working height for operator comfort. Forming the base of the range are two standard ovens with porcelain interiors and coved corners. Each of them are spacious enough to accommodate full-size sheet pans both front-to-back and side-to-side.
