Southbend 4601DD-4GR Description

Southbend's 4601DD-4GR LP is part of their Ultimate Restaurant Range Series and is built to equip chefs to perform many of the most critical cooking jobs in the kitchen. Two powerful 24,000 burners provide heat for sautéing, boiling, and simmering. A 48 inch griddle features a one inch thick griddle plate that heats evenly and gives plenty of room to grill steaks, burgers, breakfast items, and more. Two standard ovens form the base of this 60-inch restaurant range, and each are heated with a powerful 40,000 BTU burner. The oven interiors are each coated with porcelain enamel and accommodate full-size sheet pans both side-to-side and front-to-back.
