Southbend 4601DD-4GL Description


Southbend's 4601DD-4GL NG restaurant range provides many of the most essential cooking functions in one economic footprint. For grilling everything from breakfast favorites to burgers, a 48 inch wide, one-inch thick griddle provides even heating and quick temperature recovery, and its raised edges make managing grease and cleaning the unit a simple task. To the right of the griddle are two 33,000 burners, oriented front-to-back, with two rugged cast iron burner grates. The rear grate can accommodate a stockpot as large as 14 inches in diameter. To round out this equipment's versatility, double standard ovens form the base of this Southbend 60 inch restaurant range, each of which is heated with a powerful 45,0000 BTU burner and accommodates full-size sheet pans inserted both front-to-back and side-to-side.
