Southbend's 4601DD-4TL LP 60-in. restaurant range is built with a double standard oven base. Each oven is equipped with a powerful 40,000 BTU burner and accommodates full-size sheet pans both front-to-back and side-to-side. The range's cooktop sits at a comfortable 37 inch working height and includes two 24,000 BTU burners with cast iron grates and a 48-inch griddle with an extra-thick griddle plate that lends itself to excellent heat retention and minimized hot and cold spots across the griddle surface.
