Southbend 4601DD-3TR Description


Southbend's 4601DD-3TR NG 60 inch restaurant range features a cooktop with a 36 inch, thermostatically-controlled griddle and four burners with cast iron grates. Two standard ovens form the base of this range, each of which contain a 45,000 BTU oven burner and one rack which is adjustable on two settings. Those ovens also accommodate full-size sheet pans both front-to-back and side-to-side.

  • Fully-removable drip trays capture grease and crumbs to help keep range clean and sanitary

  • 4-in. stainless steel front rail provides a landing place for plates and cookware and also helps protect operators from touching burners

  • 2212 inch high flue rises includes a heavy-duty, all-purpose stainless steel shelf
