Southbend 4601DD-3TL Description

This Southbend 4601DD-3TL NG restaurant range is essentially three pieces of equipment in one. A four-burner cooktop produces a combined 132,000 BTUs of heat for simmering, boiling, and sautéing on rugged cast iron grates. To the left of the burners is a thermostatically-controlled, 36-inch wide griddle which, with a 12 inch thickness, heats evenly and quickly for grilling everything from pancakes to steaks. Rounding out this restaurant range are two standard ovens located in the base of the equipment, which heat with 45,000 BTU burners and accommodate full-size sheet pans inserted both front-to-back and side-to-side for high-volume baking and roasting.
