Southbend's 4601DD-3CR NG ultimate restaurant range provides the tools you need to cook many of your most popular dishes in one convenient footprint. Four non-clog burners generate 33,000 BTU for boiling, pan frying, and sautéing. To the right of the burners is a 36-inch charbroiler for grilling authentic-tasting meats and vegetables. This restaurant range also includes a double standard oven base. Each oven includes one rack and accepts full-size sheet pans oriented both front-to-back and left-to-right.
