Southbend 4601DD-2RR Description

This Ultimate Restaurant range from Southbend gives cooks the power of three types of cooking equipment in one package. Six clog-free gas burners generate a maximum of 24,000 BTU/hr. each and include cast iron grates for a long, dependable life. To the right of the burners is a 24-inch raised griddle, and underneath that is a broiler that gives cooks a place to broil meats and finish cheesy dishes or keep plates warm. Rounding out the 4601DD-2RR LP restaurant range is a double standard oven base. Each of the two ovens is built with a double-sided porcelain interior and accommodates full-size sheet pans inserted in both directions.
