Southbend 4601DD-2GR Description

The Southbend 4601DD-2GR NG Ultimate restaurant range has a base of two standard ovens and a range top of six burners and a 24-inch griddle. Each oven can accommodate a full size pan inserted front-to-back. The ovens' interiors are porcelain enameled to make them corrosion-resistant while being easy to clean. The 45,000 BTU ovens have one rack with two side rails per oven. The thermostat range is 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.

The griddle features 12-inch thick polished steel with raised edges to prevent messes. The griddle sits on the right side of the unit and measures 24 inches wide. It produces up to 48,000 BTUs of heat. The manual controls are great for operators who have experience and prefer to have direct control over the intensity of each burner's gas flame.

The six non-clog burners produce 33,000 BTUs each and are made from cast iron. The cast iron grates covering the burners heat evenly. The 4-inch front rail protects operators from burns and gives them a place to put food on plates. The manual gas shut-off on the front of the unit makes service calls safer and more convenient.
