Southbend 4601DD-2GL Description

Part of Southbend's Ultimate Restaurant Range series, the 4601DD-2GL NG range combines three essential methods of cooking to create one highly-versatile piece of restaurant equipment. The 60-inch cook top consists of six 33,000 BTU open burners with cast iron grates and a 24-inch griddle with a 12-inch thick griddle plate that heats quickly and evenly. The restaurant range's two standard ovens each come with their own oven rack, which are each adjustable on two positions. The ovens also each accommodate full size sheet pans in both directions.

  • Range's front and sides are made with corrosion-resistant stainless steel, so it can easily be wiped clean with a damp cloth
  • 6 clog-free, 33,000 BTU cast iron burners with cast iron grates
