Southbend 4601AA-2GL Description
The Southbend 4601AA-2GL NG Ultimate Restaurant range is equipped with six non-clog burners, a 24-inch wide griddle, and two convection ovens. The 33,000 BTU range top burners are non-clogging and are made from cast iron. Removable, cast iron grates sit over the burners and help distribute the heat evenly. The griddle is made from polished steel that is 1⁄2 of an inch thick.
The range's two 45,000 BTU ovens each have a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Full-sized pans will fit in the ovens both ways, and each oven has one rack with two position guides. The cavity is fully coated with porcelain enamel, a material that resists corrosion and makes cleaning easier. The corners are coved so cleaning debris out is much easier than if they were square corners. Cleaning under the unit is simple since the legs are stainless steel, 6-inches tall, and adjustable. The Southbend 4601AA-2GL NG Ultimate Restaurant range is heated by natural gas.
