Southbend 4483EE Description


The Southbend 4483EE NG Ultimate series restaurant range has eight 33,000 BTU star burners that allow for even flame distribution because of the port arrangement. Cast iron grate tops sit above the burners to evenly distribute heat. Two drip trays are placed underneath the burners to keep drippings at a minimum so cleaning is simpler. The stainless steel rail on the front of the unit helps protect operators from burns. This rail also acts as a resting place for pans and plates so the operator can plate food easily.

If the gas needs to be shut off, operators can quickly access the manual gas shut-off located on the front of the unit. Two 45,000 BTU space saver ovens have spring assisted doors with chrome handles. The oven's porcelain-enameled cavity resists corrosion and makes cleaning a simple process. The corners are coved instead of square so cleaning out debris is possible. The Southbend 4483EE NG Ultimate series restaurant range is heated by natural gas.
