Southbend 4362A Description


The Southbend 4362A NG Ultimate restaurant range has a manual valve that shuts off gas to the entire unit. There is a 4-inch front rail that helps keep the operators from burning their arms and is a place to set pans or plates for plating food. The top of the range comes with cast iron wavy grates for better efficiency. Instead of having to fully lift pots to transfer them from burner to burner, you can just slide them on the wavy grate, allowing for full use of the top. These grates are positioned over 27,000 BTU burners that are non-clogging.

This range's oven is ignited with a battery spark that eliminates the need for a pilot light so gas does not have to continually flow even when the oven is not in use. It provides up to 32,000 BTU heat input. The interior is coated in porcelain enamel to keep from corroding and to provide easy cleaning. The corners are coved so cleaning debris out is less of a hassle. There are three racks with five side rail positions. The Southbend 4362A NG Ultimate restaurant range is heated with natural gas.
